Question 1

What is an AoE (Anywhere on Earth) conference deadline?

Accepted Answer

An AoE (Anywhere on Earth) deadline means the submission window closes at 23:59 (11:59 PM) in the UTC-12 timezone (Baker Island / Howland Island). As long as it is still the designated date anywhere on Earth, your paper submission remains valid. This translates to 11:59 AM UTC the next morning.

Question 2

How can I find Call for Papers (CFP) for 2026 and 2027 academic conferences?

Accepted Answer

ConferenceHub provides a real-time, searchable index of over 10,380 verified Call for Papers across Computer Science & AI, Medicine, Engineering, Robotics, Energy, Business, Biotechnology, and Physics. Filter by discipline, ranking (CORE A*, Scopus, IEEE), host country, and upcoming submission deadline.

Question 3

How are conference rankings like CORE A* and Scopus determined?

Accepted Answer

CORE rankings evaluate computer science conferences based on acceptance rates, citation impact (H5-index), and program committee prestige. CORE A* represents the top tier (approximately top 4–7% globally). Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and ACM Digital Library indexations verify peer-review standards, persistent digital object identifiers (DOIs), and academic rigor.

Question 4

How do I find academic journals currently accepting paper submissions and special issues?

Accepted Answer

Visit ConferenceHub's Academic Journals directory (/journals) to browse peer-reviewed open-access and hybrid journals with open calls for papers, rolling manuscript deadlines, and verified impact factors.

Question 5

How do I add conference deadlines to my calendar?

Accepted Answer

ConferenceHub provides one-click calendar exports for all indexed events in standard RFC 5545 iCalendar (.ics) format and direct Google Calendar integration.
